Sky Valley 2024- Like the heritage dry but with even bigger flavour with apples including Harry Masters Jersey, Fair Maid of Devon, Browns, Dabinett, White Jersey, Bramley and Johnagold - 500ml bottles - 6%
Hugo 2024- Co-ferment with real lime juice, elderflower and mint to create a Hugo cocktail-esque cider - using a blend of Browns, Fair Maid of Devon, Kingston Black, White Jersey, Bramley, Gala and unknown desert apples - 750ml bottles- 6.3% -
Holy Mountain 2024 - An all out flavour experience! lots of bitter sweets including Tremlett's Bitter, Harry Masters Jersey, Dabinett along with Bramley and Annie Elizabeth to try and tame the tannins! 750ml bottles - 6.8%

Mordens Gold - medium 7.1% - bitter sharp blend of west country varieties and a little bramley - Champagne yeast

Produced using a blend of cider and dessert apples largely from century old trees. Fermented using a champagne yeast, double racked for clarity and bottle carbonated.
